Removing a Dead Eucalyptus Tree at Scotby near Carlisle
Unfortunately due to the recent extreme winters Cumbria has experienced recently many Eucalyptus trees have struggled to survive. As you can see the leaves become brown and brittle and in many cases the trees will die. This particular Eucalyptus which was in Scotby, Carlisle had suffered in the winter 0f 2010 where the temperatures dropped to -17. The owner gave it a chance of recovery for another year however the following winter was as cold and resulted in the trees death. We dismantled the tree in small section to prevent any damage to the trees and shrubs below.
